ORDER OR PRODUCT ISSUES?
We want your experience at Guvit Gowl to be great. Our goal is to make product returns easy and hassle-free. Returns are accepted for any reason within 90 days – no restocking fee.

The Details

If you need assistance with a refund or replacement, start with your Designer. Please let your Designer know about any order issues within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Don’t forget to keep your receipts! If you don’t know who your Designer is, or you can’t reach her, please CONTACT US HERE

If you would like a refund, submit your claim within 30 days of the original order shipment date and we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. If you request a refund after 30 days, only product credit is available. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made

  • If you need to make an exchange for a different item, please see your Designer. Alternatively, you can submit a claim within 90 days to receive product credit for the cost of the initial items purchased and use that credit to purchase a different product.
  • If you need a replacement, submit your claim within 90 days of original order shipment.
  • If you need a refund, submit your claim within 30 days of original order shipment date and we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. If you want a refund after 30 days, this will be made only in the form of product credit.
  • Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7-10 working days 

Inscriptions items are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of a manufacturing defect or if visual previewing is drastically different from the actual personalized product as delivered. Online previewing is intended to represent how the final product will look, but subtle differences will occur.

Examples of manufacturing defects:

  • Non-functional clasp
  • Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
  • Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
  • Epoxy (adhesive - glass or crystals are loose)

Please note: This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse (glass breakage due to mishandling, wearing in water, etc.). Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy. We reserve the right to send a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before providing replacements, refunds or credits to help support our quality assurance efforts.
